Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once processing is complete, orders are usually shipped on the following business day.
Please ensure that the product model, color, and shipping information are correct when placing your order, as we may not be able to modify the order once it has entered our processing system.

Shipping Confirmation

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, shipping method, and delivery destination, and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status and responding to any delivery notifications from the shipping carrier or customs authorities if required.
If a package is returned to the sender due to failed delivery attempts, incomplete address information, or lack of response to courier notifications, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery, depending on the local carrier's policy.
