Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
However, creating an account allows you to:
- Enjoy faster checkout
- Track your order status
- View your order history
- Receive updates on new products and special promotions
What if I forgot my password?

What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can update your email address, name, or shipping address, but once an order has been placed we may not be able to modify the order itself.
Are there currency exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your credit card uses a different currency, the final amount may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer.
